This house at 606 Gladstone Avenue in Dovercourt Park was first listed a couple of weeks ago.

It is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on a 16.75 x 93 foot lot with a parking spot.

It's a good house.  It could use a few touch ups but it is still a very solid house with a good yard.

It was listed at $679,000.

I thought it would sell higher at $725,000.

It sold after 2 weeks...

For $672,500.

Lower than I thought but still not bad!
