PRICE DROP #2 - 34 Vesta Drive - FOREST HILL

This house has been listed since at least last July.

It is 4+1 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms on a 50 x 130 foot lot.  It used to look like this...

So....why couldn't they have put the front door closer to the ground?

I don't get it.

It was first listed at $4,485,000.

I thought it was a high 3s....maybe very low 4s house.

The price was dropped in January to $4,385,000.

It still hasn't sold and the price has been dropped again...

To $3,999,000.

High 3s....but REALLY high 3s.

It might need to go down again.
