RELIST - 619 Clinton Street - SEATON VILLAGE
Remember this house below?
The bungalow that was listed a year and a half ago in February for $869,000 (and I just saw that it was listed just 7 months before that for $495,000!!!!)?
And was then listed in October 2012 when it looked like this...
For $1,299,000!?!
Well, it looks like they couldn't sell it half finished and had to complete the project after all!
They turned it into a 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom 'single family' home on a 20.5 x 125.5 foot lot.
But if it is meant to be single family, why is there a kitchen on the first floor, in the basement, AND on the second floor!?!
And why is this house priced at $1,558,000!?!?!
If the flip at 469 Euclid Avenue in Little Italy didn't sell at $1,585,000 (before they raised the price again to $1,725,000), there is no WAY this house will sell for $1.56.
No WAY.
Maybe something along the lines of the 'S' house at 132 Yarmouth Road in Christie Pits which sold for $1,075,000 but then was relisted but then sold firm the next day(or something strange like that)....
Or maybe a bit more...
If you are good with a presumably not legal duplex, or you need a 'single family' home for parents, and in-laws, and brothers and sisters.
But NOT $1,558,000....
After sitting for 2 months on the market.
