20 Cluny Drive - ROSEDALE
Is this a house or a hotel!?!
Because from the google street view...
It kind of looks like a hotel.
There is just something about it that reminds me of the Grand-Hôtel from Dirty Rotten Scoundrels...
Maybe it's just all that limestone.
There is a LOT of limestone in this 5+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 42.41 x 235 foot ravine lot.
And though there are things I don't love about this house like that sunflower print and a lot of the furniture...Wait! Is this staging furniture? I can't tell. I think it is staging furniture.
Regardless, this house might be a little out of date in some areas (if that kitchen in this house were even 15 years old, it would have a better coffee maker than that $60 one from Canadian Tire)
And it just seems really echo-y.
But you can't deny that this house is pretty incredible, that family room is great, and that backyard!!!!! Imagine how amazing that back yard is right now on this perfect summer day!
This house has been listed since the beginning of July and the asking price is $8,900,000.
So, if you had almost $9,000,000 to spend on a large South Rosedale ravine property, would it be this house...
Or the one next door at 18 Cluny Drive that is listed at $8,980,000?
I think the backyard of this house makes it the clear winner.
