I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 20 x 80 foot lot at 75 Bertmount Avenue in Leslieville 6 days ago.

It was a great house, showed really well, was completely move right in, and had a listing video with good music.

Problem was, it was only 2 bedrooms.

And it was listed at $799,000.

It reminded me of the 2 bedroom house at 31 Millbrook Crescent in Riverdale that sold for $875,000 but I didn't think this would sell as high.

I thought probably closer to $835,000.

It didn't sell as high as Millbrook but it did come close.  This house just sold...

For $865,000.
