I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 20.5 x 127 foot lot at 469 Euclid Avenue in Little Italy just over a year ago when it was this house...
It was listed at $1,175,000 which was ridiculous and finally sold for $###,### in October.
It was gutted and they did a really good job but was it worth their asking?
It was back on the market after just 7 months for $1,795,000. I thought that maybe it was a $1.6 house, but not $1.8.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped to $1,585,000 in mid-June.
Again it didn't sell, but instead of dropping again, they raised the price in June to $1,725,000.
It just sold...
For $1,675,000.
