It was the 4th house of a series of Grey Houses that have been listed in the last few months. 

It is not a converted office building.  It is not a converted apartment building.

It is a brand new build with a very odd layout over looking Avenue Road.

And absolutely not ONE planted tree on the whole lot even though it used to look like this...

It was listed $1,899,000.

Did I think it would sell for that?

No.  

Did I think it would sell close?  No.  Unless they planted trees.

I am not sure if they planted any trees but this house just sold...

For $1,700,000.
