The house a good house and it has a great addition at the back, but it just isn't very big.
I thought someone might pay $1.655, even $1.75, for this house...but not $2.2!!!
So, it was no surprise when this house dropped its price a month later to $2,095,000.
No sale and there was another drop to $1,995,000.
Still no sale and the price has been dropped again....
To $1,895,000.
