I first posted this house in July.
It is 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms on a 72.93 x 229.60 foot lot.
It is a great house that was done by Sarah Richarson and Ray Murakami.
It kind of looks like a French fortress, and though it is really large, it is cosy and welcoming.
Just ask the dog...
It was listed at $5,900,000.
I thought the price was high but it offers A LOT.
It didn't sell and the price has been dropped...
To $5,495,000.
Perhaps a little high still, but you can't deny that this is a really great house.
