AND IT WENT FOR - 178 Lipponcott Street - HARBORD VILLAGE

On Friday, I posted this 3+3 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 16.62 x 125 foot lot at 178 Lipponcott Streetthat widens to 30 feet at the back.

It widens because there are 2 building being sold on this lot.

There is the semi above (that could definitely use some work) and a garage at the back that is being used as a dwelling like the shack at 30 Hanson Street that sold for $###,### in September.

It was listed at $749,900.

There was an 'As-Is' clause in the listing, but depending on how bad the 'as-is' actually was, I thought this house would sell for closer to $830,000.

Turns out, it sold the same day I posted it...

For $###,###.

Guess the 'As-Is' wasn't so bad!

Or maybe they are thinking that if the house at  184 Lisgar Street in Beaconsfield Village can sell for $385,000...

Then why can't this garage!

But I don't think that can happen.
