AND IT WENT FOR - 42 Constance Street - HIGH PARK/RONCESVALLES

I first posted this 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom flip on a 35 x 85.71 foot lot at 42 Constance Street in mid-August.

It had already been on the market for 2 months and the asking price was $1,395,000.

I thought it was a good flip overall but there were things that were undone making me wonder what else was undone.  And the backyard was also a little overtaken with concrete.

Though it has 5 bedrooms and is renovated, I thought the asking price was high.

The price was dropped a 4 days later to $1,375,000.

I still thought it was too high.

And it was. 

This house sat on the market for another month, but finally sold at the begining of October...

For $1,330,000.
