I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 118.9 foot lot at 21 Weybourne Crescent in Lawrence Park in June 2012.

This is what it looked like when it was listed  in 2007 at $1,675,000...

I think I like it more before.

The initial asking price for the new house was $3,749,000 January 2012.

The price was dropped to $3,679,000 in March. 

By February 2013, the price was dropped again to $3,499,000.

It has FINALLY sold...

For $3,275,000.

I think for that price, I would have gone with 355 Blythewood Road!
