PRICE DROP - 106 Wychwood Park - WYCHWOOD
I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom Wychwood Park house on a 100 x 115.4 foot lot in May.
The listing really focused on the 3 car garage, the 7 car parking, the movie theatre, the walnut and the fact that this is brand new, but there was no mention of a yard.
I could be wrong, but I don't really think this place has a yard.
And the layout is kind of weird.
So, for $5,498,000, I thought it was too high.
Unless someone LOVED the location.
Personally, this section of Wychwood kind of gives me the creeps. Even the developer of this house agrees as he mentioned in the Toronto Star article about the house, ‘You couldn’t make me go there. It’s just too weird.’
And here are his thoughts on the house....
'Even the developer thinks it doesn’t fit the lot. It’s “too huge”.'
It never sold, they switched agents, and dropped the price in September to $5,250,000.
It didn't sell and the price has been dropped again...
To $4,950,000.
Still too high.
