PRICE DROP - 228 Forest Hill Road - FOREST HILL
Even though the front of this house isn't really my style (though beautiful), when I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 50 x 163 foot lot a month ago, I really like it.
It's not stuffy like you would think. It is updated but still retains some of the traditional feel you would expect from the front.
And the back yard is AMAZING.
But at $3,900,000?
I thought it was a little high.
There is no dedicated formal living room, and at that price, in this neighbourhood, I think people want that.
I thought would probably bring the price down to $3,495,000.
It never sold and the price was just dropped...
To $3,695,000.
