When I saw this listing, I was a little skeptical.
First, I saw the price....
$279,000.
Then I saw the front door...
Not so welcoming (even with the mums).
But then I saw the inside and I was more than pleasantly surprised!
The style isn't exactly my thing but it is someone's and that person will love this place. It is clear that this person cares about their house and from the office, you can see that the person that lives here is a designer. Again, not my thing, but someone's.
As this place is the second floor of a semi, it isn't exactly huge, but for one person, it's perfect. The kitchen is fine, the bathroom is a good size, the bedroom is good. The fireplace works and there is that huge deck!
Sure, there may be a couple of sketchy businesses just down the street...
But there is also this!
A good sign that this area is seeing change!!!
