PRICE DROP - 137 Crescent Road - ROSEDALE
I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 189 foot lot in South Rosedale in July.
It was listed at $3,495,000.
This is a big house, but it is very unique inside, and regardless of the amazing pool, there was no way this house was selling for that price.
I said this house would have a lot of drops.
I missed it, but at some point, the price was dropped to $3,295,000. Still too high.
Now, the price has been dropped again.
The new price is $2,995,000.
So, is this the last one or will there be another one?
I think there will be another one.
$2,695,000 maybe?
