PRICE DROP - 11 Ridgewood Road - FOREST HILL (click to read full post)

This house has been listed for a while.

I first posted this 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 62 x 268 foot lot at 11 Ridgewood Drive in February.

The asking price was $2,495,000.

It is an old house and needs either a major overhaul or a teardown.  But if it is torn down, I will miss the wall dishwasher...

This house never sold and the price was dropped in April to $2,299,000.

This house didn't sell and had another price drop in September.  

The new asking price was $2,279,000.

I still though it was overpriced for the location regardless of it being a ravine lot.

Again, it didn't sell and the price has been dropped again...

To $2,100,000.

Hmmm....is this going to suffer the same fate as its neighbour at 15 Ridgewood Road that was clearly overpriced and has now had NINETEEN price drops!?!

NINETEEN!!!!!!

I don't think so, but there will probably be another drop.
