Just over two weeks ago, I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 13.5 x 132 foot lot at 177 Hallam Road in Dovercourt Park.

It was a good house that had some work done to it but not too much to make it a flip.

I like the house but wasn't crazy about the washer/dryer in the kitchen, or that room with the built-in bench.  What is that for?

Otherwise, it is done well with a good basement apartment with a separate walk out.

This house was listed at $599,000.

I thought it would sell closer to $675,000.
