This house at 4 Wychwood Park has been listed since May.

It is a 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom Frank Lloyd Wright inspired new build on a 100 x 115.4 foot lot.

According to the article written in the Toronto Star article about the house a year ago...

'Even the developer thinks it doesn’t fit the lot. It’s “too huge”.'

And with respects to the area which I find kind of creepy though there are those that love it, the developer said this...

‘You couldn’t make me go there. It’s just too weird.’

Totally agree which is part of the reason I thought the first price tag of $5,498,000 was way too high.  Though I thought there might be someone out there who just LOVED the location.

It never sold and the price was dropped in September to $5,250,000.

It was still too high and the price was dropped again at the beginning of October to $4,950,000.

It just sold...
