PRICE DROP - 74 Elm Avenue - ROSEDALE
I first posted this house in April 2012.
It was a good 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on 34.5 x 124 foot lot, but it needed some work.
It sold for $1,550,000.
The house has since been flipped and a LOT of work was done. There is an addition at the back, the kitchen is new, as I assume are all the bathrooms...Basically tons was done but one of the bedrooms was taken away (?). Not sure why they did that.
This is now a 3 bedroom, 6 bathroom house.
That doesn't make sense to me.
This flip was listed at the end of October for $2,900,000. Even if the bathrooms were amazing, $3 million for a 3 bedroom house on a 124 foot lot!?!
It was too high.
The price has been dropped...
To $2,825,000.
Still too high.
