This is a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 150 foot lot.
I love the yellow brick but there is something uneven to me about the super dark garage and front door and then the light coloured windows.
But that isn't really a big deal, especially because the inside of this house is a rental, and the inside is amazing.
It has clearly undergone a recent renovation and they did a great job. I love the kitchen. If I was moving in here with a family, I might get rid of one of those living room areas, move the dining table in there and make the dining room a family room. But if you don't need that, this current layout is great.
I was a little shocked to see the brown walls in the master bedroom but it looks good. And that master bath is kind of insane.
The other bedrooms are a good size, there is a nice patio, and the yard is really large.
So, it's a great rental option....
If you have $15,000 to drop every month.
Wonder why the owners renovated so recently and are now leasing the house? Perhaps a job relocation.
Whatever the case, bet it is hard to leave.
