Do you remember this house?
It was a pretty run down farm house at 90 Sibley Road in Omemee in the Kawarthas that, if you were up for a project, could be great.
It's close to Devil's Elbow, it has lots of land to play on, there are 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms!!! The potential to have a great family area in the old part and guest area or games area in the addition was perfect.
The house apparently hadn't been touched in at least 25 years though. The wallpaper was the same....basically everything was the same as 25 years ago except for that addition.
But if you were up for a big project in a house that could become great, this was a good option at $519,000.
Looks like someone else thought the same because apparently it sold that week (not sure about the price).
Buuuuuuut........it's now for sale again.
That was fast! Regardless, I was still couldn't wait to see the pictures...

It is a flip!!!!!! The only things they touched were the bathrooms and the kitchen (maybe the roof, but I can't tell)!?!?!?!
And this is one of the bathrooms (what's with the laundry sink?)...
Other than that and the kitchen, EVERYTHING is still the same!
The wallpaper, the furniture, the carpet, the lights, the wiring.....
