Who is looking for a blank slate in Roncesvalles!?!
I wasn't thinking 'who' would be a flipper.
But even though this house had a ton of potential to be anything...
And though it went way over ask at $675,180...
It was sold to a flipper.
And they put in a flipper kitchen.
Not this kitchen....
A flipper kitchen.
This I am not saying it is terrible because it is a definite improvement.
I feel like this house is talking to me and saying...
Though this was a complete back to the studs reno, with new mechanicals, plumbing, deck, wiring, roofing....
The new asking price is just over $200,000 more than the sold price at $899,000.
I think they are looking for a bidding war.
I don't think they will get it.
