This house is currently set up as a duplex with a basement apartment.
It was listed at $1,195,000.
As a duplex, it's fine but there would be some fix-ups that could probably be done (like that second floor kitchen), but I don't think this sold with the intentions of being a duplex.
This house is probably about to have a full gut. And considering that basically the exact same house sold for $1,317,500 MORE than this house (post gut job of course!), why couldn't this place be worth the same amount or more if it is done right!?!
But this house didn't sell for asking.
