This house is NOT horrifying (though I do have a few issues). Actually, it is a pretty good, move right in house.
It is bright, it's airy, it has a huge family room at the back, the kitchen is large with a good layout.

Even if you had a longer, rectangular table, it still does not make sense.
This house is considered to be a 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 25 x 137 foot lot. I really think it needs another bathroom on the third floor to make it work better, but this is a good house with a good sized yard, and a good layout for a family...

Considering that the house at 32 Castlewood that looked like it would need a ton of work after the reno that was already done, this house is dreamy.
But is it worth an added $470,000 more?
