REPOST - 100 Hogarth Avenue - RIVERDALE
A couple of weeks ago, a reader sent in the listing for this detached house at 100 Hogarth Avenue in Riverdale.
At first, I lost my mind because this house was listed at $2,195,000, and these were the pictures for the house...
Then I realized, I was looking at the old listing photos from May 2013 when the house was listed for $849,000.
The reason I couldn't find the new photos was because they weren't out yet, but now they are...
But, considering that this was a reno of a house on a 20 foot lot, I thought it was way too high.
And let's just say....
Even though the photos for this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 20 x 122 foot lot are kind of grainy....
This is NOT a $2.2 million dollar house.
But it does have an image of Kate Upton naturally sketched into the marble fireplace!!!
