PRICE DROP #4 (at least) - 38 Bayview Ridge - YORK MILLS
I first posted this 6+2 bedroom, 12 bathroom house on a 227.40 x 324.60 foot lot at 38 Bayview Ridge in December 2012.
It was first listed in April 2012 for $15,000,000.
By the time I posted it, the price had dropped to $8,800,000. The house is totally over the top and I wondered who would live here. There were lots of speculations by readers, but one thing was clear...
This was way overpriced.
Almost a year later on November 1, 2013, I posted that the price was dropped again to $6,295,000 (though it shows here as $6,299,900).
Four days later, the price was dropped again to $6,110,900.
Then, over the weekend, I noticed the first 2 posts about this house were getting a sudden new interest by readers.
Turns out, this house has had another price drop.
The new price for this house is....
$5,927,900.
Still too high, but getting closer!
