When I first posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 25 x 174.75 foot lot at 360 Walmer Road in the Casa Loma neighbourhood, I said I didn't get the house.

It is a house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms....

But no dining room or living room!!!

From what I can figure out, this is the dining room....

Considering the fact there is no dining room except for the kitchen island, there is a toilet right in front of the window on the second floor, this lot was previously listed in January 2012 for $1,199,000...

And this house is exactly like the 3 other Grey Houses....

It was no surprise that this house didn't sell at the first asking price of $3,249,000.

The price was dropped in February 2013 to $2,999,000.

Then again in March to $2,899,000.

Then in April to $2,699,000.

And at the end of April to $2,599,000.

And in May to $2,499,000.

And in August to $2,495,000 (that wasn't doing much).

So...logically, with all these price drops and no sale, you would think that perhaps the price is still too high and this would be another January price drop.

But no.  

They have increased the price...

To $2,895,000.
