Hmmm.
This is a good looking house, but I am not sure about those black posts with all the white trim...
Or those white curtains...
In the middle of winter.
But that isn't a big deal, plus the rest of the house is pretty great as well with a good price for a Wychwood house.
Except, this isn't a Wychwood house. It's close, but it is actually down the hill in the Davenport neighbourhood.
Inside, I am not crazy about the layout. It makes sense that they used the largest area for the living room, but the tv, fireplace, and shelves, though all nice, kind of limit the possibilities of changing up the furniture placement.
And though it is better than the 'Julia Childs Studio' stove in the penninsula like in the flip at 936 Carlaw Avenue, or in the currently listed house at 41 Boswell in the Annex (thanks to the readers for pointing that out)...
The first thing I thought of when I saw that sink in the penninsula was ...
Maybe that's because I came across a site this week that has hours and hours (actually over 40 hours!) of Beastie Boys footage, and I have had a hard time not trying to make it through all of it.

Back to the house...
If the location being so close to Davenport doesn't bother you, this a really good house. It is a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 20.67 x 95 foot lot with 1 parking spot. It is move right in, has a finished basement...
And it is listed at $849,000.
It will sell fast and probably closer to $915,000...maybe a little higher.
If that location isn't an issue.
