That is how long this 3+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom row house flip on a 14 x 102 foot lot at 61 Montrose Avenue just north of Trinity-Bellwoods park was on the market before it sold.
It was last listed in December 2012 for $769,900 (though I am not sure what it sold for).

So, the house was in pretty good shape but not amazing.
The new owners redid the floors, the kitchen, took the second floor kitchen and moved it to the basement (where the didn't redo those gross floors), the bathrooms...at least the ones in the photos.
And thanks to a reader for pointing it out....
It looks like they brought all their furniture over from their old house at 74 Givins Street that sold for $1,057,000 in March.
They have added a few things and got a new bedspread but here are just a few things that are in this house that were also at the Givins house...
