AND IT WENT FOR - 114 Ivy Avenue - GREENWOOD-COXWELL

I don't know if it is this February market where there is no inventory even though there will be tons in two weeks, and then a slow of demand in the first week of April (maybe last week of March this year) where the 30 person bidding wars stop and house sales stall...

But even though I thought this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 17.5 x 112 foot lot at 114 Ivy Avenue was kind of 'six of one, half dozen of the other' to the attached neighbour at 112 Ivy Avenue....

This house sold at 107% of ask.

It was listed at $899,000, just like 112 Ivy Avenue.

112 Ivy sold for $912,000.

This house sold...

For $959,000.

Or 6% more than the neighbour.

Was it better?  As I said, half of one....

But this market is excited right now.  And so is this neighbourhood.

I still don't get 46 Bloomfield Avenue.
