Followed by....
Ummmm....

Though the reno might be great to some (I don't love it), this is NOT a $3.3 million house.
I thought it was more of a $1.75-$1.8 million house.
After the price drop in February 2013 to $2,990,000...
Then in May to $2,780,000...
And then the end of May to $2,685,000...
Again in September to $2,395,000...
AND again in November to $2,295,000...
And AGAIN last month to $2,249,000...
This house is FINALLY listed below $2 million!!!!!
The new price is $1,995,000.
Still....
It's the lot and the location.
But getting closer!
