A couple of weeks ago, I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 15.75 x 100 foot lot at 228 Brock Avenue in Little Portugal.

It was fine, but that basement!  It was giving me serious claustrophobia.

It was listed at $699,000.

I thought it was a little high.

Five days ago, they raised the price to $729,000.

It sold

 the same day...

For $###,###.

That's good news for the house in my last post!
