If you are noticing something weird about this listing photo but can't figure out what it is...

It's the foliage.  This picture was taken in the summer.

That's because that is the last time this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on an 18.76 x 128 foot lot with parking at 191 Withrow Avenue was listed.

In fact, it was listed at the beginning of June for $775,700.

It's a good house.  Not very big, but a good house (minus that air return post in the middle of the living room).

I didn't think it would sell for ask, but I did think it would sell close.

It didn't.  

At the end of June, the price for this house was dropped to $729,700.

Guess it never sold because it is back on the market...

For $699,000.

Considering the slightly larger semis at 149 Withrow Avenue and 147 Withrow Avenue that didn't have parking sold for $738,000 and $715,000 respectively...

This is a good price.
