It was a 4 bedroom house and here are the old floor plans...
It was converted into a 3 bedroom house with a larger bathroom on the second floor and another one added on the first floor.
They opened up the first floor and redid the kitchen.
So, it's a flip. And though it is a little flippy, I like most of it. I just am not loving the toilets.
And it's kind of weird that they used the old listing photos for the outside shots. Better than gloomy winter shots I suppose!
This house was listed at $899,000.
It sold....
For $925,000.
I'm not going to do the math, but if this place sold for list in August, they didn't make a lot of money on this!
