This is a huge 6+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 100 x 427.16 foot ravine lot at 6 Beaumont Road in North Rosedale.
It is one of the houses I mentioned in yesterday's Lawrence Park post of 72 St. Leonard's Crescent that has a Paul Beliveau painting...

It also has a bit of a similarity to Casa Loma.
It's big.
And it is apparently owned by the owners of one of the big Toronto Real Estate Brokerages.
So, it is kind of ironic that this place hasn't sold and has had a price drop.
It was first listed in August for $8,900,000.
I thought it was overpriced.
It never sold.
The price was dropped last week...
To $7,980,000.
I still think it is overpriced.
But $7,350,000? Maybe.
