This is a 4+1 bedroom, 8 bathroom house at 102 Joicey Boulevard in the Cricket Club neighbourhood.

It sits on a 50 x 122 foot lot.

It was the Toronto Life House of the Week and the blogTO House of the Week in June so it has been listed for a while.

The house is definitely not for everyone, and with a price tag of $4,299,000, it was a tough sell.

When I posted it in December, the price had already been sitting at $3,995,000 since September.  I thought perhaps there would be a new year drop to $3,795,000.

The price was dropped at the end of January to $3,895,000.

It just sold...
