PRICE DROP - 34 1/2 Bellwoods Avenue North - TRINITY-BELLWOODS
Two days ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom row house on a 13.75 x 57.83 foot lot at 34 1/2 Bellwoods Avenue North in Trinity-Bellwoods.
If it looks familiar, it's because it was listed a year and a half ago and was also featured on the HGTV show hosted by Scott McGillivary called Income Property.
When I posted it in December 2012, it was listed at $679,000.
It sold for $661,500 a week later.
And for some reason, it is back on the market.
It was listed a couple weeks ago for $759,000.
I thought it would sell for $719,000.
The price was dropped yesterday...
To $749,000.
