PRICE INCREASE - 46 Fermanagh Avenue - RONCESVALLES
Three days ago, I posted a price drop for this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 15 x 125 foot lot at 46 Fermangh Avenue in Roncesvalles.
It had been listed at $899,000 just a year after being listed at $699,000 and selling for $852,777.
It's a good house but $899,000 was too high.
The price was dropped at the beginning of the week to $889,000.
And now.........
The price is $942,500.
