RELISTED - 355 Briar Hill Avenue - ALLENBY

The office building house is on the market again!

In June, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 51.77 x 107.05 foot lot at 355 Briar Hill Avenue in Allenby.

It looked familiar and that is because it was another one of those Grey Houses.

Of the Grey Houses, this one is the worst.  Plus, it really, REALLY needs trees.

Too bad they cut all of these suckers down though...

The house was listed at $1,899,000.

I didn't think there was any way they were going to get close.

It sold in September for $1,700,000.

It's back on the market.

And I am pretty sure this is a staging furniture again.  But is a massive print of Pierre Trudeau considered staging art?

The new asking price is...

 $1,849,000.

At least they have added some trees.
