RELIST/PRICE DROP - 124 Glencairn Avenue - LYTTON PARK

Two years ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 60 x 174 foot lot at 124 Glencairn Avenue in Lytton Park.

It is on the market again.

Considering that the furniture is still the same, I am guessing this never sold.

It's a beautiful house that could be decorated with any style.  Currently, I am not crazy about some of the paint colours and wallpaper choices, but you can't deny that this is a great house.

At the time that I posted it, there wasn't a ton of landscaping in the back and the fence only went part way down the side of the property.  When I saw the new listing, I thought that might have changed, but it hasn't. 

When this house was listed 2 years ago, the asking price was $4,550,000.

It is now listed...

For $4,435,000.

I still think it's kind of high (by about $500,000 or so)...

But if this was my price range and I was looking in this neighbourhood...

It's DEFINITELY this place over yesterday's price increase at 35 Glengrove Avenue East!
