I know this house is a little run down and could use a complete overhaul...

But it is 4+1 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms on a 29 x 125 foot lot just steps to Yonge Street in a good family neighbourhood.

So, an asking price of $1,045,000 was a little low.

Not to mention that this house is just a few doors away from the house in similar shape at 41 Blythwood Road that recently sold for $1,262,000.

That house was in better shape but this house could have a large addition at the back (without having to get rid of the garage like at 41 Blythwood), rooms could be overhauled on the second floor, the third floor has roughed in plumbing, there is parking...
