Sure, this is a unique home and a large piece of property on a 50 x 143 foot lot in Moore Park.
But this is a run down (*maybe it's just the decor) 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in an old school.
Okay, sure it has an interesting history having been built in the 1850s, and sure these 2 famous sculptors...
Frances Loring...
And Florence Wyle...
Who did these sculptors of one another in the parkette and St. Clair and Mt. Pleasant....
Lived here, where it apparently became the 'Centre for all Canadian Art and Artists' (but according to this Grid article, it was a just a good party place) such as The Group of Seven.
And though the idea of the old school house is cool with that large room that kind of reminds me of this church conversion in Utrecht...
And the room with the large windows that remind me of this converted church in Amsterdam...
This is NOT a $5 million dollar house!!!!
I do like this pillow though...
P.S.Wonder if this statue is a Wyle original or if it is just a creepy bust of a baby with no torso sitting in an old high chair...
