AND IT WENT FOR - 233 Snowdon Avenue - TEDDINGTON PARK

A little over a week ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 30 x 125 foot lot at 233 Snowdon Avenue in Teddington Park.

I really liked it but there were a few issues.

The front 'living room' was odd with the bathroom opening right into it.  And there were only 3 bedrooms.

But it was a great house with a great backyard.

It was listed at $2,149,000.

Despite the ridulous 'the call is coming from inside the house' video, I thought it was a little overpriced.  

If the 'hatha friendly attic space' could work as a bedroom, I thought it would sell around $2,250,000.

If not, I thought it would sell around $2,099,000.

Guess it doesn't work as a bedroom.

This house just sold...
