35 High Park Boulevard - RONCESVALLES
There is something about this house at 35 High Park Boulevard that reminds me a lot of the house I posted earlier today at 32 Bracondale Hill Boulevard in Wychwood...
But this house has had a major renovation on the first floor and what looks like a complete gut on the second floor...
Something the house at Bracondale needs.
Though this house has beem completely done, they left many of the original features and the blend looks amazing. That is some woodwork that you don't want to rip out!
Thoughts on this thing though?
Is that original? I can't tell if I love it or hate it.
I'm not crazy about the different floors on the first floor and the upstairs, but that can easily be overlooked.
This is a large, 5+2 bedroom, 5 bathrooms house with a 2 car built-in garage on a 32.14 x 92 foot lot that narrows to 19 x 83. That is not awesome, but the listing also says it is sold in conjunction with the city lot at 155 Indian Road.
Does that mean the lot could be bigger? And will it cost $485,000 on top of the $2,365,000 asking price. Or is it included? I am confused.
Is this a $2,365,000 house total?
If it is, it will sell fast.
