PRICE DROP #? - 226 Riverside Drive - SWANSEA
This houseat 226 Riverside Drive in Swansea has been listed for a while.
I first posted it in July 2012, but it had been listed in 2008 for $2,998,000 (not sure if it was the same owners).
It is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 120 x 185 foot dead end lot. And it is an amazing lot.

Problem is the inside isn't awesome. It needs updating.
It was listed at $3,198,000. I thought it was overpriced regardless of the view.
It didn't sell and the price was dropped a year later to $2,799,000.
Again, it didn't sell and the house was relisted in October for $2,799,000.
I guess there was no sale because this house was listed again a few weeks ago...
For $2,788,000.
Maybe they should stage it this time around...without the tusks. Just a thought.
