AND IT WENT FOR - 18 Mckenzie Avenue - ROSEDALE

I first posted this 5 bedroom, 6 bathrooms house at 18 Mckenzie Avenue (not to be mistaken for the Mackenzie Crescent in my earlier post) in South Rosedale in November.

It's a beautiful house with a terrific renovation.  It's just not the best location being so close to Castle Frank subway and the super busy Bloor off-ramp from the DVP.

It was listed at $3,950,000.

A couple of weeks ago, when I posted the house at 56 Binscarth Road, it made me think about this place and what was going on with it after being on the market for 6 months.

Turns out, they had dropped the price a week earlier to $3,795,000.

It just sold...

For $#,###,###.

Wonder if they threw in any of the furniture.
