AND IT WENT FOR - 72 Badgerow Avenue - LESLIEVILLE

Last week, I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex semi on an 18.5 x 108 foot lot at 72 Badgerow Avenue in Leslieville.

It was a good semi that had new windows, it looked like they underpinned the basement, and the lower unit had been completely redone with a great kitchen.

Clearly I didn't do a very good job proof reading that post as at one point, I had the asking price at $989,000, and later said that it was $949,000.

The actual asking price was in fact $949,000.  

When I wrote the post, I thought $989,000 was high and that it would probably sell for $935,000.

Looks like I should have stuck with that first number that for some reason popped into my head...

Because this house sold...
