This house has been listed for a while.

It is a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 50 x 111 foot lot at 4 Meredith Crescent in South Rosedale.

It was first listed last July for $3,949,000.

Though it is a great house that has been done top to bottom, that price for a semi was a little steep.

It didn't sell and the price was dropped in September to $3,895,000.  That wasn't going to do much.

The house didn't sell again and the price was dropped another time in April to $3,695,000.  I thought it was still too high.

It just sold...
