At the beginning of April (holy crap, that's a lot of snow for April), I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 40 x 100 foot lot at 25 Maclennan Road in North Rosedale.

Given that the brick has been covered in that stone, I was not expecting to see what I saw on the inside.

I really liked it!

I loved the floor colour.  Though I like the white, if you aren't into white, or black and white, you probably wouldn't be into this house.

But the interior makes sense when you realize that this house is the home of 

 Michelle Lloyd of Lloyd Ralph's Design, the design firm behind the $6.6 million house at 2 Castle Frank Road.

And that Lloyd is the fomer V.P. of design at Club Monaco. 

Though it is a beautiful house with great floors and windows, it is only 3 bedrooms.

So, the asking price of $2,795,000 was too high.

I thought perhaps $2,450,000 considering that the house is done and done well (except for that fridge, oh, and stone).

The price has now been dropped to...

$2,495,000.

That's a good drop....but it still is only 3 bedrooms.
